We all face challenges in our daily lives—some are visible and some are not. Some obstacles are larger than others. Join us at our February chapter meeting where we will meet Robert Paylor. Robert sustained a paralyzing injury during a moment that had the potential to be the highlight of his athletic career, the 2017 Collegiate Rugby National Championship.
Robert was told he would never walk again. Through this devastating news, and his ensuing recovery, Robert developed an approach to overcoming adversity that many others have found to be inspirational for their daily lives.
We all have something that “Paralyzes Us.” Robert’s story will inspire you to rise above your challenges. Perhaps more importantly, Robert will teach you the skills that he has learned about optimal performance that you will be able to apply to your daily life.
