The One, Big, Beautiful Bill: What It Means for You and Your Clients
Wednesday, July 16, 2025 | 3:30 PM to 5:15 PM
Orinda Country Club | 315 Camino Sobrante, Orinda, CA
Join FPA of the East Bay for a timely and high-impact session exploring the 2025 tax reform bill that’s already making headlines. Known informally as “The One, Big, Beautiful Bill,” this sweeping piece of legislation includes major extensions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, new provisions like a potential “no tax on tips” rule, and the repeal of numerous energy tax credits. The bill is over eleven hundred pages long—and packed with critical changes that will directly affect how you advise your clients.
In this program, nationally recognized tax expert Larry Pon, CPA/PFS, CFP, EA, USTCP, AEP, will walk you through the most relevant sections of the bill and discuss how the proposed changes could impact tax planning, estate strategies, and year-end decision-making.
This seminar is designed for financial professionals who want to stay ahead of policy shifts, understand new planning opportunities, and take action on behalf of their clients before key provisions expire. Because the bill is still evolving, this session may be updated in real time to reflect the most current version of the legislation.
