Increasing pressure from public demand and government policy has ignited a global transition that requires unprecedented investment in the energy and power transformation. Many strategies are focused on early-stage green technology companies. This misses the greater opportunity. “Brown-to-green” companies are at the core of the transition and huge investments are required in “old economy” businesses. The world is in the very early innings of the transformation of how we source, transmit, produce and consume energy and power – we believe the next decade will look entirely different than the last. Join us for a conversation with Eli Horton, Senior Portfolio Manager of TCW’s active equity ETF investments as he details the power & energy systems undergoing transformation.
