About the Speaker

Herb Morgan is the Senior Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Cantor Managed ETF Portfolios. A pioneer in ETF strategy and portfolio management, he founded Efficient Market Advisors in 2004 to deliver tax-efficient, low-cost ETF solutions.

Herb has held senior roles at LPL Financial, Dreyfus, ING Funds, and J&W Seligman, and has served as an expert witness in fiduciary cases involving mutual funds. He has been featured in Forbes, Investment News, The Wall Street Journal, and as a guest on CNBC and Fox News.

Beyond his investment career, Herb served on the Board of Administration of the San Diego City Employees’ Retirement System and supports several educational nonprofits. He holds a BA in Economics from UC Santa Cruz, graduating with honors.
