Mastering the Human Element of Client Engagement in the Age of AI

Presented by: Ashley Quamme, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Financial Behavioral Specialist®
BAM Financial Consulting

Why is this topic so important?
“Mastering the Human Element of Client Engagement in the Age of AI” is an event that focuses on providing practical insights on how to thrive in a world where artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly present. As companies increasingly rely on AI to automate customer interactions, it’s more important than ever to develop and refine the human touch that clients crave.

During this event, attendees will learn about how they can build stronger, more meaningful relationships with clients. From leveraging empathy and active listening to developing personalized solutions, this event will provide attendees with the tools they need to stay relevant and effective in the face of technological disruption.
